Finland Born and raised in a small town in Finland, Mari found a way to escape the boredom into books and nature. She learnt to read at an early age and devoured all Nancy Drews. Already as a child she created adventure games and fun little stories with her friends, and her love for gaming and storytelling just kept growing over the years.

After spending several years working and studying in the USA and England, she returned to her home country and currently lives in Espoo with her family. She has worked as a journalist both on a newspaper and a radio station. Her dream is to learn enough English to write a whole novel one day.
Kiana Writer
Second Life finally gave Kiana Writer the graphics to the bubble she has always lived in. After joining SL out of curiousity, she explored the grid and got immediately addicted. On her various journeys she met inspiring people, saw things she had only seen in her dreams and her hunger grew to create the neverending pile of scribbles into something amazing to share with like-minded people.

She is passionate about creating games, challenging her imagination, testing the players' limits and making the impossible a reality. Often paranoid, complicated and lost between dimensions. When found in-world, usually easy to approach and friendly, unless coming down from a pepsi max high.

United States (East Coast) Born and raised in Connecticut, from a young age Dan was interested in taking things apart (and usually putting them back together) to see how they work. This included computers, at least until he found out that it was easier for him to take software apart than hardware.
Since then Dan has studied programming in many different forms/languages, eventually graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Computer Science. Not long after graduation, he was introduced to the world of Second Life by a friend, and hasn't looked back since. With a new world, a new language, and the creativity and collaboration of the MadPea crew, Dan should be happily creating, picking apart, and re-creating code for quite a while (and no, he hasn't touched or broken any critical systems... yet)

Smiley Dyrssen
June 30, 2007, Smiley was encouraged by a friend to enter Second Life. From his first day, he saw a vast environment full of opportunity. He spent his first 10 months exploring, meeting people, and learning to build and script. Then he met Kiana and the people from Beyond Imagination. He was instantly hooked on the Zodiac Killer game and the way it encouraged people to inspect and question everything.

Smiley finished the mystery quickly, and was the first to finish several other puzzles that were presented to the group.
His interest and ability with the puzzles and scripting was quickly noticed by Kiana, and less than a month after he met her, she asked him to join the team.

Since then he has been working with MadPea Productions to help make puzzles even more interactive and entertaining. He may be a bit unusual or distant at times (mostly if he's lost in code), but he's always happy to answer questions about our group's creations.

Gabriel Paickard Gabriel Pickard- 3D Artist
United States (West Coast) Born May 23, 1978. A chef by trade he resides in the pacific northwest of the USA and appearantly talks in the third person. Initially drawn by the simple-to-use creation tools, SL soon fulfilled his life long desire to make three dimensional virtual art. Madcow has no formal training in any 3d rendering software or other artistic skills aside from the culinary, but enjoys working with art of almost any nature at an amateur level. The inspiration for much of his art comes from an overactive imagination and a love of fantasy and myths. When not hopelessly distracted building Madcow enjoys helping others build and petting the cats that are walking across his keyboard.

Madcow Cosmos
Madcow is an avid avatar builder and a huge part of the SL community. His amazing builds and creations can be seen all over SL and in many of the best pieces of Machima and some of the greatest art expos. If you haven't seen one of his builds then you must not be going to the right places.

Clicquot Oh
Clicq was rezzed on May 14th 2007. Creating an avatar was a task on the "New Student Checklist" at San Jose State's School of Library and Information Science. The SLIS campus in SL was her very first home and is still dear to her. Once she gained the confidence to venture away from campus she learned about "Hunts" and stumbled upon the MadPeas.

Her first job with the Peas was assisting other hunters- something she still enjoys. Since then she has done voice over work for larger games, public relations, testing and anything else that might need doing.
