It’s incredible to realize that we’re past 16 000 Peas on the Grid already!

In order to make sure that you all get the help you need in games as well as with our products we have made some big changes to the way our Customer Service works. Let’s take a look what’s changing, shall we!

WHAT’S NEW

From now on there will be no more ModPeas in the MadPeas Group Chat. Instead we’re focusing on several things:

  1. Adding FAQs to all our games / project sites.
  2. Adding Bots on our landing points that will be helping with generic guiding.
  3. Hiring Customer Service Representatives to answer your questions on our Ticket System and on our Facebook page.

We are still checking the group chat for any possible abuse issues and want to inform all our Peas of our RULES.

HOW DO I GET HELP IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PRODUCTS?

Please go to our Ticket System and file a Ticket. Please give as much information as possible in order to help us to help you better and faster.

 

HOW DO I GET HELP WHEN PLAYING YOUR GAMES?

The best way to get help for our games and experiences is join the MadPeas Group in-world as ask your fellow Peas for assistance.

I WANT TO GIVE YOU FEEDBACK. HOW DO I DO THAT?

We have a Mailbox just outside of our Main Store at Mad City

Write a Notecard and drop it in the Mailbox and we will check it!

 

WHAT IF I NEED PERSONAL HELP FROM THE TEAM OR WANT TO INTERACT WITH THEM?
